## Title: Business Development Executive – Logistics & Shipping

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing mid-to-large client accounts across shipping, logistics, and import/export services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within logistics and freight forwarding
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and close profitable accounts
  • Own client relationships from prospecting through onboarding and handover
  • Engage clients with strong technical understanding of logistics services and trade processes
  • Maintain CRM discipline, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' proven business development or sales experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding (mandatory)
  • Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Client-facing experience managing commercial accounts
  • CRM usage and reporting discipline
