## Title: Builder

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Builder.

Manage the construction process on-site to ensure that projects meet deadlines in line with approved budgets
Negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain the best possible price
Supervise subcontractors and vendors activities to ensure optimal and quality delivery
Track daily labour and material usage and prepare progress reports
Identify potential defects in drawings/designs from planning phase to execution on site
Liaise with architects and engineers in the project team to ensure that designs meet regulations
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress
Identify potential delays, risks, or issues and escalate them proactively to management
Prepare and submit weekly site progress reports
Receive instructions and report directly to the Project Manager
Carry out other duties as assigned by the Chairman and Managing Director

Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in building construction or site supervision
Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and budgeting
Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) and construction management tools
