## Title: Admin & Logistics Manager – Healthcare

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Logistics Manager to oversee administrative operations and manage logistics activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office management, coordinate supply chain activities, and maintain effective operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the organization
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective workflow
  • Manage office facilities, utilities, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Plan and coordinate procurement, transportation, and delivery activities
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Financial & Reporting Duties

  • Prepare operational and logistics reports for management
  • Monitor budgets related to administration and logistics
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement and resource utilization

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage contracts and service-level agreements
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in administration and logistics management in the healthcare sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Strategic thinking ability
