## Title: Admin/HR Officer
About the Role
Roxbury Leisure Homes seeks a dedicated Admin/HR Officer to support our operations in Lagos. In this role, you will manage administrative functions and human resources activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage employee records, recruitment processes, and onboarding
- Handle staff welfare, attendance, and performance tracking
- Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2 - 4 years of relevant administrative or HR experience
- NYSC discharge certificate

Compensation
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly
