## Title: Admin/HR Officer

About the Role

Roxbury Leisure Homes seeks a dedicated Admin/HR Officer to support our operations in Lagos. In this role, you will manage administrative functions and human resources activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations
  • Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Manage employee records, recruitment processes, and onboarding
  • Handle staff welfare, attendance, and performance tracking
  • Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant administrative or HR experience
  • NYSC discharge certificate

Compensation

N100,000 - N120,000 monthly
