## Title: Volunteer Project Manager (Group Level)
Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Volunteer Project Manager coordinating all projects across the Live Again Group divisions. You will ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of all initiatives while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. This role encompasses Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across Live Again Foundation, Enterprise, and other divisions
- Develop project timelines, work plans, and activity trackers
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for all programs and initiatives
- Prepare progress reports, outcome analyses, and performance dashboards
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions
- Support documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder follow-up activities
- Coordinate with team leads and volunteers to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
Required Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Experience in reporting, research, M&E, or administrative roles
