## Title: Volunteer Project Manager – Group Level
Job Summary
Nuvelle Consulting is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a Volunteer Project Manager to coordinate all projects across the Live Again Group's divisions. You will ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting while supporting Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), project tracking, documentation, and organizational goal alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects across Live Again Foundation, Enterprise, and other divisions
- Develop project timelines, work plans, and activity trackers
- Conduct monitoring and evaluation (M&E) for all programs and initiatives
- Prepare progress reports, outcome analyses, and performance dashboards
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and recommend solutions
- Support documentation, data gathering, and stakeholder follow-up
- Coordinate with team leads and volunteers to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different departments
- Experience in reporting, research, M&E, or administrative roles (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management tools (preferred)
