Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying and targeting potential customers through telephone calls, email blasts etc - Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue - Promoting the bank's products and services to potential and existing customers - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Conducting customer needs assessments and making recommendations for product and service offerings - Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers - Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing Requirements: - This is an entry level position for ND/HND/BSc graduate - Lagos Corp members with interest/experience in sales are encouraged to apply (CDS days are given) - Desired candidates must have loan sales experience and/or display willingness to learn - Candidate should possess customer service skills - Good telephone etiquette is required - Proven interest in sales is an advantage
