## Title: Telesales Executive – Tech Products

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers online and through phone to generate sales leads and build a client base
  • Develop thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Present products, answer customer questions, explain technical details, and negotiate prices and terms to secure sales
  • Maintain and grow profitable customer relationships by providing excellent service, handling queries, and following up on leads and inquiries
  • Meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales goals working independently or with a team to drive revenue
  • Stay informed about latest technology trends, online marketing strategies, and competitor activities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related social science field
  • Exceptional communication skills across various digital platforms
  • Basic to strong knowledge of computers, software, and IT terminology
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and remain self-motivated
  • Familiarity with online sales tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms (email, chat, phone)
  • Outstanding customer service orientation
