Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.   About the Role - We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition professional to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to build strong, future-ready teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes - Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage - Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting using ATS and other tools - Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns - Ensure hiring practices align with company policies, diversity goals, and labor regulations - Assist with onboarding handovers and early-stage hiring follow-ups Required Skills & Experience - 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar roles - Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills - Experience hiring across multiple roles or functions - Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.) - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications - Experience in [FMCG and manufacturing] - Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing - Exposure to data-driven hiring and recruitment analytics
