## Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. This role is central to building and strengthening our workforce through effective recruitment strategies and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies
  • Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
  • Source potential candidates through online career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social media platforms, print media, posters, and flyers
  • Manage hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails
  • Facilitate pre-interview assessments and prepare interview questions
  • Conduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning
  • Create awareness of the company brand and establish professional relationships with candidates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar field
  • 1–2 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Oracle Taleo and iCIMS Recruit
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
  • Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews
  • Strong ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification from the HR Certification Institute

Compensation

N120,000 – N150,000 per month
