## Title: Talent Acquisition Officer
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Talent Acquisition Officer position.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Forecasting & Strategy
- Assess organizational hiring needs and implement acquisition strategies
- Forecast hiring requirements and plan manpower with Heads of Departments
- Manage recruitment budgets
Talent Acquisition
- Develop diverse sourcing strategies and oversee full-cycle hiring
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies
- Maintain candidate pipelines and manage recruitment agencies
- Enhance employer branding through targeted initiatives and event attendance
- Handle CV screening and conduct interviews
Stakeholder Experience
- Improve recruitment platforms including the portal and HR HIVE system
- Ensure high standards for all stakeholders
- Refine recruitment processes for enhanced user experiences
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports and dashboards
- Conduct surveys to gather insights for process improvement
Portal Management
- Update job vacancies and track candidates on HR HIVE
- Monitor requisitions and launch recruitment campaigns
Required Qualifications
Education
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities, or related field
- Minimum Grade: 2.2 or Upper Credit
Experience
- 4–6 years in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
- Proven experience in employer branding
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law
