## Title: Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to support our growing recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with hiring managers to attract top talent. This role particularly welcomes early-career professionals who can contribute to a balanced and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Use data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Conduct background checks and reference checks, and ensure compliance with company hiring policies
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
  • Maintain organized documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment records

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles (FMCG or related industry is an added advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated competence in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Energetic, resourceful, and willing to learn
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong ethical standards
