Key Responsibilities

• Work with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and develop Job Descriptions for various roles
• Source potential candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks
• Conduct thorough screening and selection of qualified candidates through phone interviews, video interviews, and face-to-face meetings
• Source and engage candidates for both immediate talent needs and the talent pipeline
• Screen prospective hires using structured interviews, assessments, and behavioral questions, particularly for senior and top-level roles
• Ensure positive candidate experience and maintain effective communication with prospective hires
• Drive continuous traffic to the career portal and assign candidates to line managers for phone interviews
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to identify talent
• Participate in conferences, meet-ups, and networking events to connect with professionals and promote the employer brand
• Participate in exit interviews
• Network with potential candidates to attract professionals and reduce hiring timelines
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interview techniques
• Leverage various channels to create and sustain employee dialogue and engagement
• Provide training and guidelines to assigned team members as needed
• Monitor and ensure optimal performance of all recruitment activities and platforms, including the career portal
• Provide bi-weekly reports on unit members' activities and other periodic reports as required
