Study Centre Digital Branch Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a smart, responsible, and diligent Digital Branch Manager to establish and manage our study centres on a hybrid basis. You will lead a dynamic team as we expand our digital education offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch performance in line with organizational targets
• Generate leads, recruit, and manage staff members
• Drive student enrollments and supervise course coordination
• Initiate and coordinate the development of branch strategies and marketing plans
• Prepare and implement plans for growing the client and student base
• Identify and recruit new tech instructors in areas requiring reinforcement
• Network with potential clients in your locality to increase the customer base
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective students
• Develop and maintain high-level customer relationship management standards at the branch
• Work with assigned CRM staff members to develop an effective operational structure
• Implement effective CRM tools to improve communication with customers and students
• Ensure efficient service delivery and maintenance of customer and student relationships
• Create and sustain a team culture that encourages quality service and high performance
• Ensure branch operating costs remain within approved budget

Requirements

• First degree in any discipline
• Knowledge of school operations, services, and products
• Knowledge of e-learning and tech academic policies and procedures
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of tech education through student registration participation
• Customer relationship management training and competency (assessed during recruitment)
• Tech certification (added advantage)
