## Title: Solar Technician

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Solar Technician.

Install, test, and commission solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers
Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on installed solar systems
Diagnose and resolve technical faults related to system performance, wiring, or equipment
Perform site evaluations and load assessments to determine system requirements
Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and relevant electrical codes
Keep accurate records of system installations, inspections, and repairs
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion
Maintain tools, equipment, and safety gear in good working condition

OND / HND qualification or B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
3 – 5 years of proven experience in solar system installation and maintenance
Strong understanding of electrical systems and solar energy principles
Experience with hybrid and off-grid solar systems is an added advantage
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and installation manuals
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
