SME Onboarding Manager at Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven SME Onboarding Manager to spearhead the rapid expansion of our business. This role focuses on building and aggressively signing up partners to distribute our products across Lagos and beyond. The successful candidate will be a hunter, negotiator, and relationship builder responsible for securing and building strong partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• SME Business Acquisition: Proactively identify, negotiate, and successfully onboard and grow a network of high-volume sellers
• SME Management & Retention: Serve as the primary contact for acquired partners, monitor their performance, measure their satisfaction, and ensure long-term, profitable relationships
• Channel Expansion: Design and execute a partner referral program to incentivize existing partners to sign up new distribution points, rapidly scaling the network

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years' experience building aggressive partner acquisition and onboarding of service partners, preferably within the FMCG space
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building large client networks from scratch
• Exceptional negotiation skills and strong commitment to achieving measurable results
