About the job - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals for electronics and ome appliance categories. - Track sales metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective strategies to drive growth. - Promote complementary products and encourage upgrades across categories such as TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, small appliances, and gadgets. - Analyze buying patterns and recommend targeted promotional activities to boost sales. - Oversee daily showroom activities to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company standards. - Maintain showroom hygiene, optimize product displays, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines. - Ensure demo units are functional, correctly priced, and updated with accurate specifications. - Deliver a premium customer experience at every touchpoint, including handling escalated complaints promptly and professionally. - Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. - Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment and rotation, and conduct regular audits to reconcile discrepancies.
