An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Location: Jakande Isolo, Lagos
The Role
As a Shawarma Customer Service Officer (SCSO), you will:
- Be the first point of contact for Shawarma vendors customers.
- Make daily phone calls to new and existing Shawarma customers.
- Take first-time orders, and welcome new customers.
- Respond to complaints promptly and ensure complete resolution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Shawarma vendors.
- Support the protection and growth of Shawarma Market Share (SMS) in assigned neighborhoods and Verify customer details
- Accurately document verification, complaints, and resolutions using company tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent follow-up discipline and documentation habits.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is an added advantage.
Tools You’ll Use:
- Phone & WhatsApp Business.
- Ticket Log Sheet (for complaints & resolutions).
- SDS Sheet (for tracking performance).
