## Title: Service Coordinator
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Service Coordinator to manage and oversee service operations, ensuring efficient coordination between service engineers, customers, and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign installation and customer complaint tasks to service engineers
- Monitor various service sites for issues and concerns
- Escalate service-related issues appropriately
- Ensure compilation of all job completion reports
- Follow up with engineers to ensure tasks and installations are completed on time
- Liaise with customers for prompt resolution of complaints and issues
- Ensure all service complaints and installations are updated in the service management software
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all job tickets
- Monitor service engineer expenses
- Escalate work-related issues affecting service engineers
- Follow up with engineers on all service issues and complaints
- Assign engineers to Service Level Agreement tasks and ensure completion
- Ensure prompt dispatch and retrieval of spares, batteries, and other materials
