## Title: Service Coordinator

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Service Coordinator to manage and oversee service operations, ensuring efficient coordination between service engineers, customers, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and assign installation and customer complaint tasks to service engineers
  • Monitor various service sites for issues and concerns
  • Escalate service-related issues appropriately
  • Ensure compilation of all job completion reports
  • Follow up with engineers to ensure tasks and installations are completed on time
  • Liaise with customers for prompt resolution of complaints and issues
  • Ensure all service complaints and installations are updated in the service management software
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all job tickets
  • Monitor service engineer expenses
  • Escalate work-related issues affecting service engineers
  • Follow up with engineers on all service issues and complaints
  • Assign engineers to Service Level Agreement tasks and ensure completion
  • Ensure prompt dispatch and retrieval of spares, batteries, and other materials
