About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join the Research Team at Seven Star Consultants. As a Senior Research Executive, you will elicit professional skills in leading and implementing research team activities while working both independently and collaboratively to fulfil organizational goals and initiatives related to research, project management, knowledge management, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research projects that provide evidence-based solutions for humanitarian and development challenges across multiple sectors including WASH, health, protection, food security, nutrition, early recovery, livelihood, agriculture, education, and governance
• Participate in the design and implementation of humanitarian and development projects
• Lead the development of research proposals, budgets, work plans, and deliverables for various development projects
• Manage the execution of research activities, including data collection, analysis, synthesis, and reporting, using appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods and tools
• Oversee the design, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of research deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality, relevance, and impact
• Mentor and supervise junior researchers
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm and other activities related to daily operations
