Tender Overview
Partners In Health / Inshuti Mu Buzima seeks proposals from qualified and authorized companies to supply Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) for safe handling of cytotoxic chemotherapy drugs at Butaro Level II Teaching Hospital.
Bidder Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, bidders must meet the following requirements:
- Not be suspended, blacklisted by PIH-IMB, OnePIH, or the Rwanda Public Procurement Authority
- Not have revoked licenses from relevant regulatory bodies
- Demonstrate satisfactory performance on any ongoing or previous contracts with PIH-IMB
- Vendor or company owner must not be employed by PIH or OnePIH within the past five years, except where PIH engages them for specialized consultancy services based on proven expertise
- Bidders owning, operating, or exercising controlling shareholding in multiple companies may submit only one bid under this tender; submission of multiple bids by related or affiliated entities is strictly prohibited
