## Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money
- Oversee contract negotiations, valuations, and payments
- Provide detailed financial advice and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct risk analysis and advise on procurement strategies
- Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and project staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and standards
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 15 years' professional experience with at least 5 years in a senior role
- Membership or Chartered status with NIQS, QSRBN, and any other equivalent professional body
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, etc.)
Required Skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in QS software and MS Office suite
