A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency. - Design, implement, and manage company-wide KPI frameworks for all departments. - Ensure clear performance targets, appraisal systems, and measurable outcomes. - Monitor, evaluate, and report performance metrics regularly to management. - Lead end-to-end recruitment for management, sales, operations, and factory roles. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields - Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage - Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is mandatory -  5–7 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior HR leadership role - Proven experience in KPI design, performance management systems, and HR analytics - Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law - Establish HR policies, procedures, and codes of conduct. - Handle disciplinary processes, grievance management, and conflict resolution. - Promote a performance-driven, ethical, and accountable work culture - Identify training needs and implement capacity-building programs. - Coach managers on leadership, people management, and performance supervision. - Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and staff records. Skills: - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - High integrity, discretion, and professionalism - Ability to work independently and influence senior leadership - Develop talent pipelines and succession planning strategies. - Ensure onboarding processes drive early productivity and retention.
