Senior Business / Product Analyst at CRC Credit Bureau Limited (Credit Reference Company)

Key Responsibilities Customer & Stakeholder Engagement - Engage banks, financial institutions, fintechs, and other customers to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements. - Conduct discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops to gather functional, non-functional, and data requirements. - Act as a liaison between customers and internal product, technology, and data teams. Requirements Analysis & Documentation - Translate customer needs into well-defined documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Define data requirements for credit reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions. - Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Product & Technology Collaboration - Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to support solution design and delivery. - Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and solution validation. - Review and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory expectations. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment - Ensure solutions comply with applicable credit reporting standards, data protection, and regulatory requirements. - Incorporate data privacy, security, and risk considerations into requirements and solution designs. - Support internal and external audits through clear documentation and reporting. Continuous Improvement - Monitor trends in credit bureaus, financial services, and data analytics to inform product enhancements. - Identify opportunities for standardization and reusable solutions across customer implementations.
