## Title: Senior Administrator & HR Manager
About the Role
Headfort Chambers is seeking a Senior Administrator & HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Lagos. You will oversee critical administrative and human resources functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations to maintain a well-structured and efficient office environment
- Coordinate logistics-related workflows and ensure effective internal communication across departments
- Provide executive support through timely preparation of reports, documentation, and project updates
- Maintain accurate records, document management systems, and internal databases
- Supervise administrative personnel and ensure optimal task execution
- Serve as a liaison between staff, clients, and external partners
- Provide HR administrative support including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and performance-related follow-up
- Draft and prepare reports, memos, presentations, and official correspondence
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in administrative or operations roles in a similar and reputable organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results
- Must reside within close proximity to Ajao Estate, Lagos, for ease of commute and operational responsiveness
