Job Summary

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee daily security operations. The ideal candidate will have a military or paramilitary background with proven experience in security management.

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety of clients' personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of clients' personnel and assets
• Manage and supervise security personnel, including training and performance evaluation
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to ensure effective security operations
• Provide security advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage security budgets and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (Security Management, Criminology, or related field)
• Military or paramilitary background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management
• Proven experience in leadership and crisis management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Familiarity with Nigerian security laws and regulations
• Must reside in close proximity to the Island, Lagos
