We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Job Purpose: - The Sales Specialist plays a key role in expanding our impact across global markets. You’ll sell integrated solutions in cybersecurity, physical security, risk consultancy, and more, backed by deep expertise and cutting-edge technology. We need someone who listens first, sells smart, and builds lasting client trust. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage target clients, qualifying opportunities that align with our strategic goals. - Clearly articulate the value of our services from journey management to electronic security in ways that resonate. - Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation and close. - Monitor industry shifts and customer insights to inform smarter selling and product positioning. - Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs between sales, delivery, and support teams. - Act as a trusted advisor both to clients and internal stakeholders by staying informed and proactive. Job Requirements: - Strong focus on budgets, targets and their achievements. - Understand people and processes management and align them with the business goals. - Constantly influence the market through participation in industry forums and market events to ensure positive brand recall. - Constantly provide feedback to Operations and other interrelated departments to drive sales. - Provide regular reporting to the leadership team on progress against the business plan, risks and support required. - Responsibility and accountability for revenue and sales with cognizance to agreed profit margins. About You: - You have excellent sales capabilities - You are result-oriented with proven execution capability - You are an excellent communicator and collaborate across teams - 3 - 7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
