Job description

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage in-store retail activities - Provide customer service and enhanced customer experience. - Assess customers’ needs and provide matching products and services. - Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always. - Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends - Understand/monitor local competitors and communicate business intelligence. - Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities. - Handle customer queries and complaints effectively. - Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities. - Generate B2B, corporate and bulk/wholesale sales where feasible. - Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers. - Monitor and report all other activities and provide relevant information for the management. - Produce daily and weekly reports. - Stock and inventory management Specification - At least a University Degree - Experience in sales of mobile communication devices or household appliances is mandatory - Proficiency in MS Office - High numeracy skills - Strong attention to detail. - Strong negotiation skills - Good written oral and communication skills - Good presentation skills - Good interpersonal and relationship management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to use own initiative.
