Sales Merchandiser

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - You'll lead sales, manage key accounts, and execute trade marketing activities to boost visibility and market share. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Account Management: Meet sales targets, manage accounts, and expand coverage. - Trade & Brand Execution: Execute product launches, pricing updates, and in-store activations. - Route-to-Market: Coordinate with Supply/Logistics and other teams. - Performance & Reporting: Monitor sales, market share, and promo ROI; submit reports. Requirements: - HND/BSc in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field - 2-3 years FMCG sales experience - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills - Analytical and proactive with excellent communication skills
