Role Summary
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the company’s oil & gas–related service lines by developing new business, managing key corporate and institutional clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery.
- The role requires strongcommercial acumen, basic accounting knowledge, marketing coordination, and relationship managementwithin the Nigerian oil and gas operating environment.

- Pipeline Development & Construction Support
- Procurement & Delivery Services
- Automotive Sales & Fleet Maintenance
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from petroleum product haulage, pipeline-related projects, procurement & delivery contracts, and automotive services.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities with oil marketing companies (OMCs), depot operators, construction firms, government agencies, and private sector clients.
- Source and manage haulage, supply, and service contracts across depots, terminals, and project sites.
- Prepare and submit quotations, bids, tenders, and proposals in line with client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of prospects to revenue.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including oil marketers, contractors, and fleet clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on service delivery, pricing, and contract-related matters.
- Handle client complaints, service delays, or operational challenges promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and performance reviews.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across haulage, procurement, pipeline support, and automotive services.
- Ensure client retention through consistent service quality and responsiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to promote the company’s services within the Nigerian market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in oil & gas, logistics, and automotive services.
- Gather market intelligence on depot activity, haulage demand, pipeline projects, and fleet requirements.
