Position Overview: -  To drive enrollment, strengthen client relationships, increase revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the overall learner journey in a leading tech training institution committed to bridging the global digital talent gap through practical, industry-aligned prog Position Overview: of Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: - Own the full sales cycle for individual and corporate training clients. - Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly revenue projections. - Meet and exceed sales targets across B2B and B2C channels. - Manage and grow existing client accounts to secure renewals and upsell opportunities. Enrollment Management & Conversion Tracking: - Manage daily outbound and inbound calls to prospects and learners to drive engagement and enrollment. - Monitor the enrollment pipeline and identify drop-off points to improve conversions. - Conduct consistent follow-ups from inquiry to application, enrollment, and completion. - Maintain accurate logs of interactions, conversions, and enrollment statuses on CRM and other platforms. - Provide weekly performance reports, including conversion rates, call volumes, enrollment numbers, and recommended interventions Marketing & Brand Support: - Work with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive program enrollment. - Provide customer insights to refine program offerings and positioning. - Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. Reporting & Performance Analysis: -  Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and performance reports. - Track sales metrics and present insights to senior leadership. - Maintain accurate client and pipeline records using a CRM tool. Process Improvement: - Recommend improvements to sales processes, lead management, and customer engagement. - Leverage digital tools and automation platforms to enhance sales efficiency. The Ideal Candidate - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech, training, or education sector. - A proven record of achieving revenue targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales technologies. - Highly driven, results-oriented, and execution-focused.
