Job description
We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives; conduct one-on-ones and performance evaluations.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, set quotas, define territories, and create promotional campaigns.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs (pipeline, forecast accuracy, quota attainment), analyze sales data, and adjust strategies.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the entire sales process, manage CRM hygiene, and ensure smooth pipeline flow.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management (Sales Director/CEO).
- Collaboration: Liaise with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for alignment and feedback.
- Client Relations: Manage key client relationships and assist with complex contract negotiations.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
