An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview: - Manage daily marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues and other professional to implement strategies across multiple channels. - Conduct market research and identify new opportunities. - Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings). - Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics. - Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events. - Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasting reports. - Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities. - Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. - Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. - Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation for your team. - Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Required Qualifications: - B.Sc. / HND in Sales Manager field - Preferably male for gender balance Experience: - Minimum of 5years in sales of beauty products.
