## Title: Sales Executive – Granite and Natural Marbles

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our sales team in the granite and natural marbles sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills in all client interactions
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Nigeria's building materials market and product offerings
  • Stay aware of competitor offerings and market positioning
  • Prepare and manage accurate sales reporting and forecasting
  • Employ strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively
  • Communicate product details clearly and comprehensively to clients and partners
  • Plan, report, and coordinate efficiently with the sales team and management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and visit project sites for business development
  • Achieve assigned sales targets within stipulated timelines

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: HND
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • Total Experience: 5 – 10 years
  • Relevant Experience: 5 – 10 years in the Building Materials industry, particularly in Granite and Natural Marbles
  • Preferred background with major stockists or importers of granite and natural marbles

Key Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of building material sales channels, dealer networks, and project-based selling
  • Results-driven and self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
