Position Overview: - As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales to meet our business goals. - You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential Customers and clients through various channels (cold calling, route distribution system.) - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Conduct product presentations to prospective customers. - Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. - Collaborate with the Commercial team to enhance lead generation efforts. Required Qualifications: - Candidates should possess relevant qualifications. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic Beverages industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with clients. - Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to drive is an added advantage.
