An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. - This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the product or service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible to Identify Leads/opportunity, from qualifying to closing deals - Strongly pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue for the company. - Understand the use of sales tools and methodologies to optimize results. - Build and develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Maintain relationships with new and existing clients. - Attend both physical and virtual meetings to close deals - Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits. - Negotiate contracts, prices, quantities, and specifications. They balance the needs of the client with the interests of the organization. - Research the market and competition to understand what makes the Organization offering the best choice for the customer. - Positive mind-set thinking - Set goals and identify actions to achieve them. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met. - Address customer questions and concerns, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. - Ensure contracts and SLAs are accurate and in line with company policies - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms. Required Qualifications: and Skills - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven track record of success in sales in corporate environment. - Has 3 years’ experience in relevant Organization, - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
