Position Overview: - The Sales Executive is responsible for selling technology products and services such as software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and managed services to new and existing clients. - The role involves understanding client business needs, proposing appropriate IT solutions, and closing sales while building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities for IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. - Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions aligned with their business goals. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. - Conduct market research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - Collaborate with technical teams to design customized IT solutions for clients. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs). - Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Maintain accurate customer records, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools. - Provide post-sales support coordination to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Attend technology events, workshops, and client meetings to expand professional networks. Required Qualifications: and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. - Experience using CRM and sales automation tools. - Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary. Skills: - Strong consultative selling and solution-selling skills. - Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets. - Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities. - Customer-focused and relationship-driven. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams. Working Conditions: - Combination of office-based work and client site visits. - Full-time role, with flexible schedules to accommodate client meetings.
