Key Responsibilities: - Actively seek new sales opportunities on the field through cold calling and networking - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations - Researchand pursuenew business opportunities in the target environment - Secure and renew orders, complete sales process, and arrange deliveries. - Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Achieve given sales goals and targets - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams - Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints Required Competencies - Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, administration or related field. - Experience in sales and the technology field. - Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills - The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers. - Excellent technical and problem-solving skills - Fast learner and passion for sales. - Good leadership and team working skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills.
