Position Overview - We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, generating quality leads, and possessing in-depth knowledge of the Lagos real estate market. - This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about closing deals and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and site visits. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand property trends in Lagos. - Present, promote, and sell the company’s properties and investment opportunities to prospective buyers. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. - Provide clients with accurate information on pricing, features, availability, and financing options. - Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Coordinate property viewings and site inspections to showcase value and address client inquiries. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance analysis. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lagos property markets, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - 3–5 years of proven sales experience within the real estate industry, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Sound knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, including key locations, property values, and trends. - Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be within the age bracket of 30–40 years and possess a valid driver’s license.
