Job description

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Salary type: Commission + Incentive Key Responsibilities: - Developing sales strategies and certain sales goals. - Researching prospects and generating leads. - Contacting potential and existing clients on the phones, email and in person for sales purposes. - Preparing and sending sales related proposals when necessary. - Efficient handling of prospects questions, enquiry and objections. -  Maintain expertises in various insurance products, including life, health, property ete and understand industry trends. - Assist clients during the claims process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience. - Build and maintain strong relationship with clients , providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.  Required skills: - Effective communication - Persuasion and negotiation. - Interpersonal skills - Analytical skills - Presentation skills
