Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a result-driven Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting clients, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (₦20,000,000 minimum).
- Conduct property inspections and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate prices and close transactions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client database.
- Follow up on prospects and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- 1 – 3 years proven sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Other Requirements:
- Must reside in Abuja or willing to relocate.
- Professional appearance and strong ethical standards.
- Ability to work weekends when required.
- Must own a smartphone and be digitally savvy.
Skills:
& Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of Abuja real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic digital marketing and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
