About Us A leading FMCG company committed to delivering premium frozen products to our customers, We are looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator to work with a dynamic sales team and help drive our growth to the next level. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests - Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems - monitor sales targets and assist in tracking individual and team performance - Maintain accurate documentation for sales transactions and agreements - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients. - Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and exhibitions - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimise customer acquisition and retention. Candidates from Lagos and The west are encouraged to apply Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role. - Strong communication, and negotiation skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
