Sales and Marketing Executive

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen brand visibility at our Surulere Office. - The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, identifying lucrative sales opportunities, and building lasting relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers - Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads into profitable business opportunities - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and local trends - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotional materials, and events - Track, analyze, and report sales and marketing performance metrics - Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Represent the company professionally at community events, exhibitions, and trade fairs - Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities. - Ability to drive and with a valid driving license, Will be an added advantage. - Should be able to lead the team to achieve sales revenue and meet the target outlined. Requirements: - B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3 year post-NYSC work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector - Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite - Driving skills with a valid driving license - Close proximity or within reasonable commuting distance to Bode Thomas Road, Surulere, LagosStateis a plus. - The position entails working alternate Saturdays per month.
