Position Overview: - The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and supervising restaurant staff. - The ideal candidate must be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of managing service delivery efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery. - Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to service standards. - Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and feedback. - Coordinate table arrangements, reservations, and staff scheduling. - Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational procedures. - Train, guide, and support waiters and restaurant staff to improve efficiency. - Maintain inventory control of restaurant supplies and ensure proper usage. - Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant. - Strong leadership and team coordination skills. - Excellent customer service and communication abilities. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service procedures. - Relevant hospitality qualification is an added advantage.
