An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and profitable business operations. - The role involves managing staff, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and creating a positive dining experience for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, food service, and customer flow. - Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver excellent service. - Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by handling complaints, resolving issues, and maintaining service standards. - Financial Management: Monitor sales, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. - Inventory & Supply Management: Order supplies, manage stock levels, and prevent wastage. - Quality Control: Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently maintained. - Marketing & Promotions: Implement promotions and strategies to increase customer patronage and brand visibility. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational challenges. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Minimum of [Bachelor’s degree] in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 5-8years experience in restaurant or hospitality management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. - Basic financial and inventory management skills.
