Relationship Officer

Position Overview: - We are looking for enthusiastic and member-focused Relationship Officers to be the face of SavingsBox Multipurpose Cooperative Society. - You will be responsible for acquiring new members, fostering strong relationships with our existing community, and ensuring they fully utilize the range of our financial products and services. - If you are passionate about financial inclusion and possess excellent interpersonal skills, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Actively prospect and onboard new members (individuals, groups, businesses) to SavingsBox Multipurpose Cooperative Society , explaining the benefits and processes of membership. - Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing members, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and understanding. - Identify member needs and proactively cross-sell relevant products and services (savings, investments, loans) to enhance their financial well-being. - Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary. - Conduct regular outreach and engagement activities to maintain high member satisfaction and retention. - Gather market intelligence and member feedback to contribute to product development and service improvement. - Achieve individual and team targets for member acquisition, product adoption, and engagement.
