Key Responsibilities: - Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Retention & Renewals: Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively manage the renewal process to minimize "churn" (customer loss). - Strategic Planning: Develop "Account Plans" for key clients, outlining goals, potential risks, and a roadmap for the partnership. - Conflict Resolution: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (product, support, finance) to resolve issues or complaints quickly. Required Qualifications: - Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year experience.
