Daily tasks include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training programs, and performance evaluations. The position also requires collaborating with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture and fostering employee engagement initiatives. Required Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding processes, and performance management - Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture development - Proficiency in HR strategy development and ensuring compliance with labor laws - Familiarity with training program development and implementation - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to dynamic environments - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
