## Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from talent sourcing and pipeline management to onboarding and integration of new hires. You will be responsible for ensuring the company attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent across all functions, particularly within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging job boards, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment events
  • Design and oversee structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires into the organization
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to proactively fill current and anticipated vacancies
  • Position the company as an employer of choice through professional communication, timely feedback, and engaging recruitment campaigns
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention rates, etc.) to evaluate and improve performance

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a BSc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within Microfinance banks or Financial services
  • Proven experience recruiting within South-East Nigeria, supported by a strong professional network and measurable results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD)
