A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand the specific requirements for each role. - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search. - Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments. - Manage and maintain candidate databases and records. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. - Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and executive search. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - In depth knowledge of full cycle recruitment process - Track record of filling key positions in fast-paced organizations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
